Typical delivery estimates:

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Delayed Shipments

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Belle Muod is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Belle Muod cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Belle Muod is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and reaching out to our support team so we can assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
