Return & Refund Policy

At Belle Muod, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original packaging
• In resalable condition

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@sheiskin.store with your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Skincare products
• Cosmetics and beauty products
• Personal care items
• Wellness supplements
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the information and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Belle Muod.
